Return & Refund policy

At Jewellery By Vanika, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in ensuring that every product delivered meets our quality standards. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged or defective.
  • The wrong product has been delivered.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned with all tags, invoices, and accessories (if any).

2. Return Request Timeline

Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving the order. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

  • Product Images
  • Reason for Return

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Customized or personalized jewelry items
  • Items purchased during clearance or special sale offers
  • Products returned without original packaging

4. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method or via bank transfer, depending on the payment mode used during purchase.

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement product is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be provided.

6. Return Shipping

In cases where the return is approved due to damaged, defective, or incorrect products, return shipping charges will be borne by Jewellery By Vanika.

For all other approved returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
